Having completed his schooling from Delhi Public School, RK Puram, New Delhi, Pankaj accomplished his Production Engineering Degree from YCCE NAGPUR (3rd topper in Nagpur University) and an MBA (Marketing and Finance) from ITM, NAVI MUMBAI (2nd topper)

Pankaj spent the early years of his career in helping organizations such as Asian Paints, Max New York Life and PNB Metlife evolve Marketing and Branding Strategies for areas / zones / nationally, thereby enabling these corporates to create a niche brand image amongst the Indian Consumers.

Pankaj was also instrumental in designing and implementing training programmes, employee engagement interventions and L& D Interventions on a national scale for Asian Paints, MNYL and PNB Metlife, for all levels of management and was instrumental in conduct of Induction and Other Internal Training Programmes for Middle and Senior-Level Employees at these organizations.
